Where is my slime? Check the tracking number provided. I normally ship in 1-4 days, and you'll receive an email regarding your order when I ship.
Can I return my slime? Sure, just send it right back! We will give you a refund if the slime has not been touched or opened. (Note: the shipping fee will not be refunded)
My package is lost! If the package is lost I will provide a refund for the cost of the slime. (Note: the shipping fee will not be refunded)
My slime is damaged! Oh no! I am sorry about this, please email me regarding a replacement, and it you are still unsatisfied, I will refund you! (Note: the shipping fee will not be refunded)
My slime is melted!! This is a completely normal thing with glue products during the heat of shipping, simply follow the borax instructions on the thank you card! And feel free to email me with further questions.
Can I have a refund? Refunds and replacements are provided for extremely damaged packages and destroyed. I WILL NOT PROVIDE A REFUND IF YOU ADD TOO MUCH BORAX. Please message me for more info.
Do you have any recipes? All recipes are posted on my YouTube.
When are the restocks? Restocks are every Saturday 8pm CST, but we always have our custom slimes available 24/7. Turn post notifications on for my Instagram to see discounts and huge restocks
Do you ship internationally? Yes! To every major country in the world. (Note: international orders take much longer, around 1-4 weeks)
Is the ounces referring to weight or volume? Volume, they are all fluid ounces. This provides a more accurate way of measuring the slime and ensures that everyone receives the same amount.
Can I have free slime/shoutout/follow? Sorry, but no.
